एवं मन्ये गुणवतां गुणानां फलमुच्यते।
पित्रा मात्रा च यत्साधुर्वीरो निर्वास्यते वनम्॥ ११॥
अनुवाद
‘जब माता-पिता ही अपने श्रेष्ठ और वीर पुत्र को घर से निकालकर वन में भेज रहे हैं, तब ऐसा प्रतीत होता है कि यह शास्त्रों में वर्णित सत्पुरुषों के गुणों का ही फल है।’ 11॥
‘When the parents themselves are throwing their best and brave son out of the house and sending him to the forest, then it seems that this is the result of the qualities of virtuous men as described in the scriptures.’ 11॥
