| 'अतः उन पर आक्रमण करके तथा उनके राज्याभिषेक में बाधा डालकर प्रजा को उसी प्रकार महान् कष्ट हुआ है, जिस प्रकार ग्रीष्म ऋतु में तालाब का जल सूख जाने पर उसमें रहने वाले प्राणियों को कष्ट होने लगता है। |
