सुमित्राकुमार! उपर्युक्त वस्तुओं के अतिरिक्त एक हजार गौएँ भी भेजो, जिनके लिए दही, घी आदि आहार-पदार्थ हों। माता कौशल्या के पास करधनीधारी ब्रह्मचारियों का एक बड़ा समूह आया है। उनमें से प्रत्येक को एक-एक हजार स्वर्ण मुद्राएँ दो॥ 21॥
