इहलोके च पितृभिर्या स्त्री यस्य महाबल।

| हे वीर! इस लोक में जो कन्या पिता आदि पुरुष अपने धर्मानुसार जल द्वारा प्रतिज्ञा करके किसी पुरुष को देते हैं, वह परलोक में भी मरने के बाद उसकी पत्नी हो जाती है॥ 18॥ |
