क्रोधलोभौ विमोक्तव्यौ कर्तव्या तपसे मति:।
न भेतव्यं च भेतव्ये दु:खं नित्यमतो वनम्॥ २४॥ |

| वहाँ क्रोध और लोभ का त्याग करना पड़ता है, तपस्या में मन लगाना पड़ता है और जहाँ भय का स्थान है, वहाँ भय न करने की भी आवश्यकता है; इसलिए वन में सदैव दुःख और संताप रहता है॥ 24॥ |
