| उस शुभ दिन अयोध्या की सड़कें झाड़-पोंछकर साफ़ की गईं और उन पर जल छिड़का गया। सारा नगर सुन्दर-सुन्दर झण्डों से सजाया गया। वहाँ के सभी लोग हर्ष और उत्साह से भर गए। बाज़ार और दुकानें ऐसी सजी हुई थीं कि उनकी समृद्धि देखने लायक थी॥27॥ |

| On that auspicious day, the streets of Ayodhya were swept and cleaned and water was sprinkled on them. The whole city was decorated with fine flags. All the people there were filled with joy and enthusiasm. The markets and shops were decorated in such a way that their prosperity was worth seeing.॥27॥ |
