| 'सभी इक्ष्वाकु कुलों में ज्येष्ठ पुत्र ही राजा होता आया है। ज्येष्ठ पुत्र होने पर भी छोटा पुत्र राजा नहीं बनता। ज्येष्ठ पुत्र ही राजा पद पर अभिषिक्त होता है।॥36॥ |
