ऐसा कहकर शत्रुओं का नाश करने वाले श्री राम ने धनुष के मध्य में मुट्ठी बाँधकर उसे कसकर पकड़ लिया और उसकी डोरी पर जोर से प्रहार किया। उसकी ध्वनि सम्पूर्ण दिशाओं में गूँज उठी॥6॥
Saying this, Shri Ram, the destroyer of enemies, clenched his fist around the middle of the bow and held it tightly and struck its string sharply. The sound reverberated in all directions.॥ 6॥
