राज्यभारनियुक्तानामेष धर्म: सनातन:।
अधर्म्यां जहि काकुत्स्थ धर्मो ह्यस्यां न विद्यते॥ १९॥ |

| राज्यपालन करने वालों का यही सनातन धर्म है। ककुत्स्थकुल के पुत्र! ताटक महापापी है। उसमें धर्म का लेशमात्र भी नहीं है; अतः उसे मार डालो॥19॥ |
