अनुवाद
पूर्वकाल में वरदान मांगते समय राक्षस ने मनुष्यों को दुर्बल समझकर उनकी उपेक्षा की थी। इस प्रकार पितामह से प्राप्त वरदान के कारण उसका अभिमान बढ़ गया।
