‘महाराज! आपको पुत्र प्राप्ति के लिए मैं अथर्ववेद के मन्त्रों से पुत्रयेष्टि नामक यज्ञ करूँगा। यदि यह यज्ञ वैदिक विधि से किया जाए, तो अवश्य ही सफल होगा।’॥2॥
‘Maharaj! To give you a son, I will perform a yajna called Putrayeshti using the mantras of the Atharvaveda. If the yajna is performed according to the Vedic method, it will definitely be successful.’॥ 2॥
