चन्द्रमा क्षीण हो गया है और उसका केवल एक छोटा-सा भाग ही दिखाई दे रहा है। हे प्रभु! उसके क्षय होने से लताएँ, वृक्ष, औषधियाँ, विविध बीज तथा समस्त जनसंख्या भी क्षीण हो गई है।' 70-71
‘The moon has become weak and only a small part of it is visible. O lord! Due to its decay, creepers, trees, medicinal herbs, various seeds and the entire population have also become weak. 70-71.
