कर्ण और अर्जुन के बाणों से विक्षत हुए, मारे गए कौरव योद्धाओं के शवों से भरी हुई भूमि, यज्ञ के लिए प्रज्वलित अग्नियों से यज्ञभूमि के समान सुशोभित हो रही है। उनमें से कुछ योद्धा अपनी चेतना खो चुके हैं और कुछ पुनः श्वास ले रहे हैं॥ 11॥
The ground filled with the corpses of the slain Kaurava warriors, whose limbs were torn apart by the arrows of Karna and Arjuna, is decorated like a sacrificial ground by the fires lit for the yajna. Some of those warriors have lost their consciousness and some are breathing again.॥ 11॥
