नलो ह्यक्षैर्निर्जित: पुष्करेण
पुनर्यशो राज्यमवाप वीर्यात्।
प्राप्तास्तथा पाण्डवा बाहुवीर्यात्
सर्वै: समेता: परिवृत्तलोभा:॥ १३॥
निहत्य शत्रून् समरे प्रवृद्धान्
ससोमका राज्यमवाप्नुयुस्ते।
तथा गता धार्तराष्ट्रा विनाशं
धर्माभिगुप्तै: सततं नृसिंहै:॥ १४॥ |

| पुष्कर ने राजा नल को जुए में पराजित किया था; किन्तु उसने अपने पराक्रम से अपना राज्य और यश दोनों पुनः प्राप्त कर लिए थे। इसी प्रकार लोभरहित पाण्डव भी रणभूमि में अपनी भुजाओं के बल से अपने बलवान शत्रुओं को मारकर अपने समस्त बन्धु-बान्धवों सहित अपना राज्य पुनः प्राप्त करेंगे। वे सोमकों सहित अपना राज्य अवश्य प्राप्त करेंगे। पुरुषसिंह पाण्डव सदैव अपने धर्म द्वारा सुरक्षित रहते हैं; अतः धृतराष्ट्र के पुत्र अवश्य ही उनके द्वारा नष्ट हो जाएँगे।॥13-14॥ |

| ‘Pushkara had defeated King Nala in gambling; but he regained both his kingdom and fame by his own valour. Similarly, the greed-free Pandavas will also regain their kingdom by killing their strong enemies in the battlefield with the strength of their arms along with all their relatives. They will certainly regain their kingdom along with the Somakas. The Purushsingh Pandavas are always protected by their Dharma; hence the sons of Dhritarashtra will certainly be destroyed by them.'॥ 13-14॥ |
