उस युद्ध में बड़े हर्ष से भरे हुए सूतपुत्र कर्ण और अर्जुन दोनों ही सुन्दर पंखयुक्त बाणों द्वारा एक दूसरे को घायल करने लगे। वे एक दूसरे को कष्ट पहुँचाते और भयंकर आक्रमण करते थे। 13॥
Both Karna, the son of Suta, and Arjuna, filled with great joy in that war, began to injure each other with beautifully feathered arrows. They used to harm each other and make terrible attacks. 13॥
