तस्यास्यतोऽर्धचन्द्राभ्यां बाहू परिघसंनिभौ।

अनुवाद
उस समय अर्जुन ने दो अर्धचन्द्राकार बाणों द्वारा बाणों की वर्षा करने वाले उस वीर की बलवान एवं मोटी भुजाएँ काट डालीं और छुरी से उसका पूर्ण चन्द्रमा के समान सुन्दर मुख वाला मस्तक धड़ से अलग कर दिया।
At that time Arjuna cut off the strong and thick arms of that hero who was showering arrows with two half-moon shaped arrows and with a knife he severed his head which had a beautiful face like the full moon from the torso.
