एष सूर्य इवाम्भोदैश्छन्न: पार्थो न दृश्यते।
ध्वजाग्रं दृश्यते त्वस्य ज्याशब्दश्चापि श्रूयते॥ ६९॥
अनुवाद
जैसे बादल सूर्य को ढक लेते हैं, वैसे ही बाधा के कारण अर्जुन दिखाई नहीं देता; परन्तु उसकी ध्वजा का अग्रभाग दिखाई देता है और धनुष की टंकार सुनाई देती है॥ 69॥
‘Just as the clouds cover the sun, similarly Arjuna is not visible because of the obstruction; however, the front portion of his flag is visible and the twirling of the bowstring can be heard.॥ 69॥
