धृष्टद्युम्नं च विंशत्या कैकेयं चापि पञ्चभि:।

वारयित्वा शरैर्घोरै: श्वेतमेवाभिदुद्रुवे। |

| भरतवंशियों में पितामह ने युद्धस्थल में सात्यकि को सौ बाणों से, धृष्टद्युम्न को बीस बाणों से तथा केकयराज को पाँच बाणों से घायल कर दिया। इस प्रकार तुम्हारे पितामह भीष्म ने अपने भयंकर बाणों से उन समस्त महाधनुर्धरों को वहीं रोक दिया और पुनः श्वेत पर आक्रमण किया। |
