स्वधर्मेणैव धर्मज्ञास्ते रक्षन्ति परस्परम्॥ ३९॥ |

| राजेन्द्र! वहाँ न कोई राजा है, न कोई दण्ड है और न ही कोई दण्ड देने वाला है। वहाँ के लोग धर्म में निपुण हैं और अपने-अपने धर्म के पालन के बल से एक-दूसरे की रक्षा करते हैं॥39॥ |
