मैं कर्ण और धृतराष्ट्र के पुत्रों का वध करके सम्पूर्ण कुरुदेश को जीत लूँगा। अतः जो भी कर्तव्य तुम्हारे लिए शेष रह गए हैं, उन्हें पूरा करो। अपनी प्रिय पत्नियों के साथ अपने तेज के अनुसार भोग करो और अपने शरीर के लिए जो भी सुख चाहो, भोगो।॥ 97॥
‘I shall kill Karna and the sons of Dhritarashtra and conquer the entire kingdom of Kurudesh. So whatever duties are left for you, complete them. Enjoy pleasures with your beloved wives according to your splendour and enjoy whatever pleasures you desire for your body.॥ 97॥
