जब सहदेव उत्तम नस्ल के सुशिक्षित घोड़ों से जुते हुए, अपनी इच्छानुसार चलने वाले, जिसके पहिये किंचित भी शब्द नहीं करते, तथा जो मूक चक्र की भाँति घूमने के कारण गोल सुवर्णमय तार के समान प्रतीत होने वाले रथ पर सवार होकर अपने बाणों के समूह से शत्रु राजाओं के सिर काटने लगेंगे और इस प्रकार जब महान भय का वातावरण छा जाएगा, तब शस्त्रविद्या में निपुण सहदेव रथ पर बैठकर युद्धभूमि में दृढ़तापूर्वक खड़े होकर सब ओर से शत्रुओं पर आक्रमण करेंगे, तब उन्हें उस अवस्था में देखकर धृतराष्ट्रपुत्र दुर्योधन युद्ध के परिणाम को सोचकर महान पश्चाताप करेगा॥28-29॥
When Sahadeva, riding on a chariot drawn by well-trained horses of the best breed, which moves according to his will and whose wheels do not make the slightest noise, and which appears like a round golden wire because of rotating like a silent wheel, will start cutting off the heads of the enemy kings with his group of arrows, and in this way, when an atmosphere of great fear prevails, then Sahadeva, an expert in weapons, sitting on the chariot, will attack the enemies from all directions while standing firmly in the battlefield, then seeing him in that condition, Duryodhana, son of Dhritarashtra, will feel great remorse thinking about the outcome of the war.॥28-29॥
