एवं दोषा मदस्योक्तास्तान् दोषान् परिवर्जयेत्।
तथा त्यागोऽप्रमादश्च स चाप्यष्टगुणो मत:॥ ३५॥

इन आठ गुणों को त्याग और निर्विकार दोनों के लिए समझना चाहिए। इसी प्रकार, शराब के अठारह दोषों का, जो पहले बताए गए हैं, पूर्णतः त्याग करना चाहिए। प्रमाद के भी आठ दोष हैं, उनका भी त्याग करना चाहिए।
These eight qualities should be understood for both renunciation and non-guilt. Similarly, the eighteen defects of alcohol mentioned earlier should be completely avoided. There are eight faults of carelessness, they should also be abandoned.
