अस्माल्लोकादूर्ध्वममुष्य चाधो
महत् तमस्तिष्ठति ह्यन्धकारम्।
तद् वै महामोहनमिन्द्रियाणां
बुध्यस्व मा त्वां प्रलभेत राजन्॥ १९॥ |

| अज्ञानरूपी महान् अंधकार इस लोक और परलोक में ऊपर-नीचे सर्वत्र फैला हुआ है। वह इंद्रियों को मोह करने वाला महान् है। राजन! तुम उसे जान लो, जिससे वह तुम्हें छू न सके। 19॥ |
