हे राजन! जो संधि, विग्रह आदि छह गुणों के ज्ञान से प्रसिद्ध है, जो स्थिति, वृद्धि और अवनति को जानता है तथा जिसके स्वभाव की सब लोग प्रशंसा करते हैं, उस राजा के अधीन यह पृथ्वी रहती है।
O King! The one who is famous for his knowledge of the six Gunas (qualities), such as Sandhi (reconciliation), Vigrah (dissolution), etc., who knows the situation, growth and decline, and whose nature is praised by everyone, the earth remains under the control of that King. 25.
