मन, बुद्धि और इन्द्रियों को वश में करके स्वयं आत्मा को जानने की इच्छा करनी चाहिए; क्योंकि आत्मा ही अपना मित्र है और आत्मा ही अपना शत्रु है ॥ 64॥
By subjugating the mind, intellect and the senses, one should desire to know the Self by himself; because the Self is his own friend and the Self is his own enemy. ॥ 64॥
