दन्तो नूनं भवितायं प्रजानाम्।
नो चेदिदं तव कर्मापराधात्

| अतः मैं भरतवंश में फूट डालने के कारण तुम्हारी निन्दा करता हूँ; क्योंकि कौरवों और पाण्डवों का यह संघर्ष निश्चय ही सम्पूर्ण प्रजा के विनाश का कारण बनेगा। यदि तुम मेरी आज्ञा के अनुसार कार्य नहीं करोगे, तो तुम्हारे अपराध के कारण अर्जुन सम्पूर्ण कौरववंश को उसी प्रकार जला डालेगा, जैसे अग्नि घास-फूस के ढेर को जला देती है॥ 28॥ |
