जैसे साँप अपनी पुरानी केंचुली को, जो उसके शरीर पर नहीं रह सकती, उतारकर चमकने लगता है, वैसे ही शत्रुओं से रहित वीर युधिष्ठिर पाप का त्याग करके और उस पाप को अपने ऊपर छोड़ देने के कारण अपने स्वाभाविक सदाचार से सुशोभित हैं ॥15॥
Just as a snake shines after shedding its old skin, which cannot stay on its body, similarly the brave Yudhishthira, who is without enemies, having given up sin and leaving that sin to himself, is adorned by his natural good conduct. ॥15॥
