राजा को चाहिए कि वह सब वर्णों का ध्यानपूर्वक पालन करे और उनसे उनके धर्म का पालन करवाए। वह विषय-भोगों में लिप्त न हो, अपनी प्रजा के साथ समान व्यवहार करे तथा पाप-कामनाओं का कभी पालन न करे॥ 27॥
The king should carefully follow all the Varnas and make them follow their respective Dharma. He should not indulge in sensual pleasures and should treat all his subjects equally and should never follow sinful desires.॥ 27॥
