हे भरतश्रेष्ठ! हे राजन! उन तीनों के स्वयंवर में संसार के सभी राजा आमंत्रित थे। उनमें अम्बा सबसे बड़ी थी, अम्बिका मझली थी और राजकुमारी अम्बालिका सबसे छोटी थी। स्वयंवर का समाचार पाकर मैं एक ही रथ पर सवार होकर काशी नरेश की नगरी गया।
