तान् बद्ध्वा धर्मपाशैश्च स्वैश्च पाशैर्जलेश्वर:।

| तब से जल के स्वामी वरुण, धर्म और वरुण नामक पाश में बाँधकर प्रतिदिन जागते रहते हैं और दैत्यों को समुद्र की सीमा में ही रखते हैं॥ 47॥ |
