यदि शुद्ध एवं संयमी मनुष्य शोण और ज्योतिर्थ्य के संगम पर स्नान करके देवताओं और पितरों को तर्पण करता है, तो उसे अग्निष्टोमय यज्ञ का फल प्राप्त होता है ॥8॥
If a pure and self-controlled man, after bathing at the confluence of the Shona and the Jyotirthya, offers oblations to the gods and forefathers, he attains the fruits of the Agnishtomaya Yagna. ॥ 8॥
