कर्ता होने के कारण ही कार्यसिद्धि होने पर मनुष्य की प्रशंसा होती है और कार्यसिद्धि न होने पर उसकी निन्दा होती है। यदि कर्म सर्वथा नष्ट हो जाए, तो यहाँ कार्यसिद्धि कैसे हो सकती है? ॥31॥
Because of being the doer, a person is praised for achieving a task and when the task is not accomplished, he is criticized. If the karma is completely destroyed, then how can the task be accomplished here? ॥ 31॥
