श्री रामचन्द्र का हृदय शोक से जल रहा था। वे शीघ्रता से आश्रम की ओर चल पड़े। मार्ग में उनकी दृष्टि पर्वताकार गिद्धराज जटायु पर पड़ी, जो रावण के हाथों घायल होकर पड़े थे।
Shri Ramchandra's heart was burning with grief. He hurriedly moved towards the hermitage. On the way, he saw the mountain-sized vulture king Jatayu, who was lying wounded at the hands of Ravana.
