आरम्भोन्याययुक्तो य: स हि धर्म इति स्मृत:।
अनाचारस्त्वधर्मेति एतच्छिष्टानुशासनम्॥ ७७॥
अनुवाद
"जो कुछ न्याय से आरम्भ होता है, उसे धर्म कहते हैं। इसके विपरीत जो होता है, उसे अधर्म कहते हैं।" - ऐसा सुसंस्कृत पुरुषों का कथन है।
"Whatever is initiated by justice is called Dharma. The opposite of this is called Adharma (unrighteousness)." - this is the statement of the cultured men. 77.
