राजाओं के व्यभिचार के कारण धर्म अत्यन्त संकीर्ण हो जाता है और अधर्म की वृद्धि होती है। इससे प्रजा में वर्ण-भेद बढ़ जाता है ॥35॥
Due to the adultery of kings, Dharma (righteousness) becomes very narrow and Adharma (irreligion) increases. This leads to the mixing of castes among the people. ॥ 35॥
