अरक्षितारो लुब्धाश्च मानाहङ्कारदर्पिता:।
केवलं दण्डरुचयो भविष्यन्ति युगक्षये॥ ३४॥ |

| कलियुग के अंत में वे प्रजा की रक्षा नहीं करेंगे, बल्कि उनसे धन ऐंठने के लिए और अधिक लालची हो जाएँगे। वे सदैव मद और अहंकार में मग्न रहेंगे। प्रजा को दण्ड देने में ही उनकी रुचि रहेगी॥ 34॥ |
