भार्यामित्राश्च पुरुषा भविष्यन्ति युगक्षये।
मत्स्यामिषेण जीवन्तो दुहन्तश्चाप्यजैडकम्॥ २०॥
गोषु नष्टासु पुरुषा येऽपि नित्यं धृतव्रता:।
तेऽपि लोभसमायुक्ता भविष्यन्ति युगक्षये॥ २१॥ |

| युग के अंत में पुरुष केवल स्त्रियों से ही मित्रता करेंगे। बहुत से लोग मछली का मांस खाकर अपनी आजीविका चलाएँगे। गायों के लुप्त होने से लोग भेड़-बकरियों का दूध भी पीएँगे। युग के अंत में सदैव व्रत रखने वाले लोग भी लोभी हो जाएँगे। |
