अरक्ष्यमाणान्येतानि त्रैलोक्यस्यापि पाण्डव।
भवन्ति स्म विनाशाय मैवं भूय: कृथा: क्वचित्॥ २२॥
अजातशत्रो त्वं चैव द्रक्ष्यसे तानि संयुगे।
योज्यमानानि पार्थेन द्विषतामवमर्दने॥ २३॥ |

| 'पाण्डुपुत्र! यदि इनकी उचित प्रकार से रक्षा न की जाए, तो ये दिव्यास्त्र तीनों लोकों के विनाश का कारण बन जाते हैं। अतः अब कभी भी इन्हें इस प्रकार प्रदर्शित करने का साहस मत करना। अजातशत्रु युधिष्ठिर! (इस समय तुम इन्हें देखने की इच्छा भी त्याग दो।) जब युद्धस्थल में शत्रुओं का संहार करने का अवसर आए, तब अर्जुन द्वारा इनका प्रयोग करते समय तुम इन दिव्यास्त्रों को अवश्य देखना।'॥22-23॥ |
