'इस मनुष्य लोक की समृद्धि से ही तुम सबका लोक समृद्ध होता है। यदि इस लोक की दशा शोचनीय हो तो देवता भी शोक में पड़ जाते हैं। 17॥
'It is only because of the prosperity of this human world that the world of all of you becomes prosperous. If the condition of this world is deplorable then even the gods fall into mourning. 17॥
