येऽन्ये क्वचिन्मनुष्येषु तिर्यग्योनिगताश्च ये।
धर्मं ते समवेक्षन्ते रक्षांसि च विशेषत:॥ १३॥
अनुवाद
जहाँ कहीं भी मनुष्य, पशु-पक्षी आदि अन्य प्राणी हैं, वे सब धर्म का ध्यान रखते हैं। राक्षस लोग तो विशेष रूप से धर्म का ही ध्यान रखते हैं (पशु-पक्षियों से भी अधिक)।॥13॥
‘Wherever there are other beings in the form of human beings or animals or birds, they all keep an eye on Dharma. Demons especially think about Dharma (even more than animals and birds).॥ 13॥
