| अनेक कार्यों का आरम्भ करते समय अपने लोगों से तथा शत्रु पक्ष से भी परामर्श लेना चाहिए कि अमुक कार्य करने योग्य है या नहीं। साथ ही शत्रु पक्ष की शक्तियाँ तथा दुर्बलताएँ भी जानने का प्रयत्न करना चाहिए।॥47॥ |
