राजन! इस प्रकार अत्यंत करुणापूर्वक विलाप करके शत्रुओं की राजधानी को जीतने वाले महातपस्वी परशुरामजी ने अपने पिता का सम्पूर्ण अन्त्येष्टि संस्कार किया। पहले उन्होंने विधिपूर्वक अग्नि में अपने पिता का दाह संस्कार किया, फिर समस्त क्षत्रियों का संहार करने की प्रतिज्ञा की।
