ते तदाम्रं द्विधा कृत्वा भक्षयामासतु: शुभे।
भावित्वादपि चार्थस्य सत्यवाक्यतया मुने:॥ ३३॥
तयो: समभवद् गर्भ: फलप्राशनसम्भव:।
ते च दृष्ट्वा स नृपति: परां मुदमवाप ह॥ ३४॥ |

| दोनों शुभ रानियों ने आम के दो टुकड़े करके एक-एक टुकड़ा खाया। जो होना तय है, वह होकर ही रहेगा, इसलिए ऋषि के सत्य वचन के प्रभाव से फल खाते ही दोनों रानियाँ गर्भवती हो गईं। राजा उन्हें गर्भवती देखकर बहुत प्रसन्न हुए। 33-34 |

| Both the auspicious queens broke the mango into two pieces and ate one piece each. Things that are destined to happen will always happen, therefore and due to the influence of the sage's truthfulness, both the queens conceived after eating the fruit.
