'मंत्रियो! मैं वृष्णि और अंधक वंश के लोगों को अपने साथ इन्द्रप्रस्थ ले जाऊँगा; क्योंकि अब समुद्र इस सम्पूर्ण नगर को जलमग्न कर देगा; अतः तुम सब नाना प्रकार के वाहनों और रत्नों से सुसज्जित हो जाओ। इन्द्रप्रस्थ पहुँचने पर श्रीकृष्ण के पौत्र इस वज्र को तुम्हारा राजा बनाया जाएगा।'
