व्यसनं भेदनं चैव शत्रूणां कारयेत् तत:।
कर्षणं भीषणं चैव युद्धे चैव बलक्षयम्॥ ४॥ |

| वहाँ यह प्रयत्न करना चाहिए कि शत्रुओं को कोई संकट आ जाए अथवा वे फूट पड़ जाएँ, वे दुर्बल और भयभीत हो जाएँ तथा युद्ध में उनकी सेना नष्ट हो जाए ॥4॥ |
