धर्मदृष्टैर्विधिद्वारैस्तपस्तप्स्यामहे वयम्।
भवत: सम्यगिष्टा तु बुद्धिर्हिंसाविवर्जिता॥ ३३॥
एतामहिंसां यज्ञेषु ब्रूयास्त्वं सततं प्रभो।
प्रीतास्ततो भविष्यामो वयं तु द्विजसत्तम॥ ३४॥
विसर्जिता: समाप्तौ च सत्रादस्माद् व्रजामहे। |

| अनुवाद |
| हम शास्त्रों में वर्णित विधि-विधान के अनुसार तप करेंगे। आपको अहिंसक मन सबसे अधिक प्रिय है; इसलिए हे प्रभु! यज्ञों में सदैव अहिंसा का उपदेश दीजिए। हे ब्राह्मणश्रेष्ठ! ऐसा करने से हम आप पर अत्यंत प्रसन्न होंगे। यज्ञ समाप्त होने पर आप हमें विदा करेंगे, तब हम यहाँ से अपने घर चले जाएँगे। 33-34 1/2। |

| We will perform penance according to the rules and regulations mentioned in the scriptures. You love a non-violent mind the most; therefore, Lord! Always preach non-violence in the sacrifices. O best of the Brahmins! By doing this, we will be very pleased with you. When the sacrifice is over, you will bid us farewell, then we will go from here to our homes. 33-34 1/2. |
