ततस्तु सक्तुगन्धेन क्लेदेन सलिलस्य च॥ १०९॥
दिव्यपुष्पविमर्दाश्च साधोर्दानलवैश्च तै:।
विप्रस्य तपसा तस्य शिरो मे काञ्चनीकृतम्॥ ११०॥ |

| तत्पश्चात् सत्तू की सुगन्ध को सूँघने से, वहाँ गिरे हुए जल की कीच के स्पर्श से, वहाँ गिरे हुए दिव्य पुष्पों को पैरों से रौंदने से, उस श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्मण के दान देने पर गिरे हुए अन्न के कणों पर ध्यान लगाने से तथा उस महाबुद्धिमान ब्राह्मण के तप के प्रभाव से मेरा सिर सोने का हो गया॥109-110॥ |

| Thereafter by smelling the fragrance of Sattu, coming in contact with the mud of the water fallen there, trampling the divine flowers fallen there, concentrating on the particles of food fallen when that great Brahmin was giving alms, and by the influence of the austerity of that high-minded Brahmin, my head became of gold.॥109-110॥ |
