मन का लक्षण ध्यान है और महापुरुष का लक्षण बाह्य रूप से व्यक्त नहीं होता (स्वतः अनुभव किया हुआ होता है)। योग का लक्षण प्रवृत्ति है और त्याग का लक्षण ज्ञान है। अतः बुद्धिमान पुरुष को चाहिए कि ज्ञान का आश्रय लेकर यहाँ त्याग को अपना ले॥ 25-26॥
The characteristic of the mind is meditation and the characteristic of a great man is not expressed externally (it is self-perceived). The characteristic of yoga is inclination and the characteristic of renunciation is knowledge. Therefore, an intelligent man should take shelter of knowledge and adopt renunciation here.॥ 25-26॥
