अध्वर्यु ने कहा- हे ज्ञानियों में श्रेष्ठ! इस लोक में आप जैसे महात्माओं के साथ रहना ही उचित है। आपकी बात सुनकर मेरे मन में भी यही भावना उत्पन्न हो रही है। हे ब्रह्मन्! आपकी बुद्धि से ज्ञान पाकर मैं यह कह रहा हूँ कि मैं वेद मन्त्रों द्वारा बताए गए व्रत का पालन कर रहा हूँ। अतः इसमें मेरा कोई दोष नहीं है। 25-26।
Adhvaryu said- O best among the wise! It is appropriate to live in this world with saints like you. After listening to your opinion, my mind also feels the same. O Lord! Brahmin! I am saying this after getting knowledge from your intellect that I am following the vow prescribed by the Vedic mantras. Hence, I have no fault in this. 25-26.
