| मैं इसका यथावत् उपदेश करता हूँ। मन को वश में करने की जो विधि है, उसे मुझसे सुनिए। जिसके द्वारा योगी अपने मन को वश में करके उसे अन्तर्मुखी करके अपने सनातन आत्मा का दर्शन करता है। ॥16॥ |
